We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of your agreement with t0303.
To use t0303 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and participate in any gaming activities on our platform. We enforce strict age verification through KYC procedures requiring valid government-issued identification (KTP or passport). Any accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent that you are not prohibited by law from accessing online gaming services and that participation in such activities is legal where you reside.
Our services are intended for players residing in Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia when accessing our platform and placing bets. We reserve the right to verify your location and may restrict access from certain regions at our sole discretion.
Each player is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. If duplicate accounts are detected, only the first registered account will remain active.

t0303 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, subject to change based on your account status and payment method.
Bank transfer deposits made during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-20:00 WIB) are typically credited instantly. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends may take up to 24 hours to process. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24/7. We do not charge deposit fees.
Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts registered in your name that have been verified during the KYC process. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money-laundering compliance. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Daily withdrawal limits are Rp 500,000,000.
Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 5 minutes during banking hours for bank transfers, and within 2 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals. First-time withdrawals or large amounts may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours are processed on the next business day.
Your first three withdrawals each calendar month are free of charge. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a processing fee of 1% (minimum Rp 10,000, maximum Rp 50,000). VIP Gold tier members enjoy unlimited free withdrawals.
We operate under strict anti-money-laundering policies. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions and may request source-of-funds documentation. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at our sole discretion and may be subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of the offer. Not all players may be eligible for all promotions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion without prior notice.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before it can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%, and live dealer games contribute 5%.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, collusion, or exploiting software errors, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify suspicious betting patterns.
When playing with bonus funds, the maximum bet per round is Rp 50,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit will void all winnings derived from the bonus.
All bets are subject to acceptance by t0303. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit stake amounts without providing a reason. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases of obvious error (as determined by us).
For sports betting, official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body are final. Bets are settled based on the result at the end of regulation time unless otherwise stated. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and overtime do not count unless explicitly included in the bet type. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets are void unless the match is completed within 48 hours.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are clearly displayed in each game's information section. In the event of a software malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the bet is void and stakes are returned.
For live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final. Video footage is recorded and may be reviewed in case of disputes. If a technical error occurs during a live game round, the round is void and bets are refunded.
Unless otherwise stated, the maximum payout for any single bet is Rp 500,000,000. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full regardless of this limit. For sports betting accumulator bets, the maximum payout is Rp 1,000,000,000.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened until the self-exclusion period expires.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with a remaining balance. You will be notified before any fees are applied.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming laws and regulations applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from your use of t0303 services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Each party shall bear their own costs associated with arbitration proceedings.
You agree not to bring class action lawsuits or participate in class action proceedings against t0303. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
